The Guitarist’s Hideaway

Much like Steve Howe and his upcoming Cross Styles Music Retreat, Paul Gilbert has laid the ground work for his second Great Guitar Escape. Gilbert has already made plans to outdo the first year by focusing even more on the guitar and the individual players that come along for the ride. With a total of six instructors the team – including Andy Timmons, Mimi Fox, Scotty Johnson, Tony Spinner, and Adam Fulara – is plenty well equipped to assist in any style you could have an inquiry about and any technique you want to perfect; and beyond that an experience and insight into the world of a working musician.
It’s a week of learning, jamming, and having an all around great time with seminars and workshops galore. Bring your guitar and they’ll supply the gear.

Media Stuff
Paul Gilbert’s even made an official video divulging the details on the Great Guitar Escape.
Paul Gilbert and Andy Timmons Interview
Gilbert and Timmons also had a one-on-one available for listen. The two kill an hour sharing stories of being a guitarist. I’ve already sampled it. Totally worth the listen.
